Its been a pretty good weekend so far. Still a day to go, as its August Bank Holiday Sunday. The measuring went well yesterday. Got three quarters of the castle surveyed. There is only one side still to do, the North facing wall, which would have been the inner wall of the courtyard when the castle was complete. As this is currently quite overgrown with nettles, its a job for Autumn I think. My team, Leeds United, won today, away to local rivals Sheffield Wednesday. That puts Leeds mid-table, six points behind the leaders. We're on the up! Currently preparing for a week away in Scotland from 2nd September, so its been quite a busy weekend here too.
